As Global Manager of Exercise Programming for Anytime Fitness, Rachel’s main area of focus is personal training operations, program development, dashboard & app integration, leading two industry-boards, trainer education and continuing to improve the coach-client experience. She is part of several cohorts in corporate wellness, accessibility, and “call to action” on the diversity & equity council. Rachel holds a degree from the College of St. Catherine, and is a master level coach certified in Kettlebells, Functional Aging, Pain Free Performance, Living.Fit, Trauma Informed Weightlifting, Dynamic Variable Resistance Training, Reiki-Level II, and an Integrative Health Coach - Duke University.
Rachel believes freedom is the key to wellness by helping people connect to themselves, each other, and the planet. She has operated Prairie Fitness, hosting heart-centered wellness retreats, kettlebell certifications, breathing instruction, and localized pop-up fitness sessions and education for over 10 years. Some of her industry work includes guest speaker at Functional Aging Summit, ACSM Conference, University of Guam: Unibetsedåt Guåhan, NBC, ESPN, the Discovery Channel and WCCO.
