Nicole Larson, M.S. Exercise Science and Sports Medicine, CSCS, ACSM-Exercise Physiologist, AASDN-Nutrition specialist, FMS, Spinning, TRX, and AOS Kettlebell.

Nicole has been working in the health and wellness field for over twenty years. A collegiate athlete, she was inspired to study physiology and now shares her passion for movement and living a healthy and well-balanced life. Being a military spouse has allowed her to work with a variety of populations over the years: teaching elementary health and PE, coaching sports and training athletes, special operations military PT, functional training with all ages and abilities, group fitness, and working as an in-home trainer with older clientele on mobility and strength. Nicole believes that movement is medicine and that it is beneficial to incorporate recovery and self care into living a well-balanced life. She says the best part of what she does is being able to help people reach their goals, feel good, and move their best.
