Our TOA Foundations course is comprised of four – forty-five-minute sessions with Robert Linkul. Robert will lead you through the concepts of our training philosophy, the basic components to create a program design, proper exercise selection/progression (featured below), how to create a daily program outline (waffle) and how to progress through a 12-week mini-macrocycle training regimen. This course comes with PDF downloads of all Robert’s templates featured in all four episodes. Each template showcases a select set of exercises taught and cues to use when teaching.

INSTRUCTOR BIO

Robert Linkul

Robert Linkul is the owner of the Be STRONGER Fitness Bunker, a personal training studio and online training program for older adults in Shingle Springs, California and the owner of TrainingTheOlderAdult.com, an online continued education provider for fitness professionals. Robert is an internationally known presenter known for his teachings on resistance training strategies for the Older Adult with physical limitations and/or a decreased quality of life. Linkul has his master’s degree in sports science with an emphasis in personal training, is the NSCA's 2012 Personal Trainer of the Year award winner and a 2017 NSCA Fellowship inductee.
